Forty People, an Ambassador, and Conversations That Matter

On Sunday, April 26, we spent a memorable morning at the F Motors premises in Chavannes-de-Bogis, just a few minutes from Geneva. Around forty participants made the trip for this Cars & Coffee event, which we designed around a simple concept: blending the world of luxury cars with international real estate investment, in a setting that encourages conversation rather than boredom.

The result far exceeded our expectations.

The most unexpected guest of the morning was perhaps the most symbolic. Shota Gervadze, Ambassador of Georgia, made the journey and engaged generously in discussions. The conversations that followed his presentation were of a rare quality: precise questions, visibly well-prepared participants, and a genuine curiosity for a country that is drawing increasing interest from investors based in Switzerland and neighboring border regions.

A Format That Found Its Audience

What we wanted to test with this event was quite simple: breaking away from the traditional investment conference framework. No impersonal hotel rooms. No dragged-out presentations. No lukewarm coffee and rushed handshakes in the parking lot.

Instead: an exceptional car showroom, a relaxed atmosphere, time for real conversations, and in-depth content on international real estate investment, particularly regarding Georgia. The combination worked perfectly. Participants stayed well beyond the official schedule. Discussions continued naturally between the speakers, clients, and newcomers discovering our activities for the first time.

This is exactly the type of format we want to develop. Not mass events, but high-quality moments in extraordinary settings, with participants who genuinely have something to gain from being there.
